In 2000, Core V3 Fitness was founded by Stacey and Kathy with one clear mission:


To create a safe, empowering, and personal space where you can move with confidence, rediscover your mojo, and build habits that support a vibrant, healthy life—at any age.

What started as a vision has now evolved into a dynamic virtual studio and thriving community rooted in our signature CV3 Method: core-focused, functional, and designed for real people with real schedules.

 

We now offer a complete system of live and on-demand workouts that range from 35 to 60 minutes, all created to help you build strength, mobility, and balance—without the overwhelm.

💪 Our Signature Programs

Level Up & Lean Out (35 min)
Quick, effective, and energizing workouts using resistance bands, light weights, and functional movement. Perfect for those looking to get started, stay consistent, and feel stronger fast.

TOTAL (55 min)
Includes our original Core Strong Program—a deeper dive into full-body strength, mobility, and conditioning using dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, TRX, and more. This is the workout your 70-year-old self will thank you for.

Each program is guided live by expert coaches, comes with replay access, and is supported by our motivational daily group texts to keep you accountable and connected.
