COMING SOON! You have been asking for it!  Our sought out Pickleball workshops, using the CoreFirst Trainer, are being put together into a home video series. Whether you are a newbie, or a seasoned "pickle," these integrated workouts will up-scale your game. These fun and creative movements will help to increase energy, agility, strength & coordination to help keep you and your team from being "pickled."

Ski Conditioning
Program

Gearing up for the Ski season?  The best way to ensure an amazing day on the slopes is to prepare with our 4-week Ski Conditioning Program, utilizing the CoreFirst Trainer!  Begin with a mobility warm-up that you can repeat each day before hitting the slopes. Followed by 4 progressive programs that equip you with the skills and strength needed to hit every run from the easiest bunny hills to the most sophisticated double black diamonds!  These easy to follow virtual videos also provide a 20-minute yoga inspired stretch to keep your body open, flexible, strong so you can enjoy yourselves all season long!
